이용약관 / Terms of Service

1. 적용 대상

본 약관은 소프트힐스(Softhills, 이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 MCP 문서 검색 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 서비스는 https://ai.softhills.net/mcp 및 이를 연결한 클라이언트를 통해 제공되는 Softhills SDK 문서 조회 기능을 말합니다. SDK 제품의 구매, 설치 및 사용에는 해당 제품의 별도 계약과 라이선스가 적용됩니다.

2. 제공 기능과 이용 범위

서비스는 색인에 포함된 3D/2D SDK 문서, API 정보, 사용 예제 및 버전 관련 정보를 검색하거나 조회합니다. 검색 대상과 결과는 색인에 포함된 제품 및 버전에 따라 달라집니다. 서비스는 사용자의 SDK 코드를 실행하거나 로컬 모델 파일을 수정·삭제하지 않으며, 구매 또는 결제를 처리하지 않습니다.

3. 이용자의 준수 사항

이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 합니다. 서비스 장애를 유발하는 과도한 요청, 접근 제한 우회, 무단 접근, 악성 데이터 전송 및 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이용은 허용되지 않습니다. API 키, 비밀번호, 개인정보 및 공개 권한이 없는 기밀 자료를 검색어 또는 도구 입력으로 전송하지 마십시오.

4. 문서와 예제의 권리

문서, 코드 예제, 상표 및 기타 자료의 권리는 회사 또는 해당 권리자에게 있습니다. 서비스 이용은 SDK 라이선스나 자료에 관한 권리의 양도를 의미하지 않습니다. 문서와 예제의 사용·복제·배포에는 해당 자료에 표시된 라이선스 및 기존 계약이 적용되며, 별도 허락이 필요한 이용은 권리자의 허락을 받아야 합니다.

5. 검색 결과와 AI 응답

회사는 문서 검색의 품질과 최신성 유지를 위해 노력합니다. 다만 색인 갱신 시점, 유사한 API 이름 또는 버전 차이로 인해 검색 결과가 불완전하거나 사용 환경과 일치하지 않을 수 있습니다. 연결된 AI 클라이언트가 생성한 설명이나 코드는 원문 문서와 다를 수 있으므로, 이용자는 적용 전에 출처 문서, 제품 버전 및 실제 개발 환경에서 내용을 확인해야 합니다. 서비스는 개별 코드의 정상 동작이나 특정 목적에 대한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.

6. 개인정보 및 외부 클라이언트

서비스의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다. ChatGPT, Codex 및 기타 MCP 클라이언트의 이용에는 각 제공자의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 별도로 적용됩니다. 회사의 서비스 이용약관은 외부 제공자의 약관을 대체하지 않습니다.

7. 서비스 변경과 이용 제한

회사는 유지보수, 보안, 문서 갱신 또는 운영상의 필요에 따라 서비스 기능과 제공 범위를 변경하거나 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다. 약관 위반 또는 서비스 안정성에 영향을 주는 이용에 대해서는 필요한 범위에서 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경이나 예정된 중단은 가능한 경우 서비스 홈페이지에 사전 안내하며, 긴급한 보안 조치 등 사전 안내가 어려운 경우에는 사후 안내할 수 있습니다.

8. 책임, 약관 변경 및 문의

서비스와 관련한 당사자의 책임은 적용 법령에 따릅니다. 본 약관은 법령상 배제하거나 제한할 수 없는 책임 또는 이용자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다. 회사는 약관 변경 시 변경 내용과 적용일을 이 페이지 또는 서비스 홈페이지에 안내하며, 이용자에게 중대한 영향을 주는 변경은 적용 전에 안내합니다. 서비스 문의 및 오류 신고는 ai@softhills.net 또는 제품지원 페이지로 접수할 수 있습니다.

1. Scope

These terms govern the MCP documentation search service provided by Softhills (“we” or the “Company”). The service consists of Softhills SDK documentation retrieval through https://ai.softhills.net/mcp and connected clients. Separate product agreements and licenses govern the purchase, installation, and use of SDK products.

2. Features and limitations

The service searches or retrieves indexed 3D/2D SDK documentation, API information, usage examples, and version information. Availability depends on the indexed products and versions. The service does not execute your SDK code, modify or delete local model files, or process purchases or payments.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Excessive requests that disrupt the service, bypassing access restrictions, unauthorized access, malicious submissions, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. Do not send API keys, passwords, personal information, or confidential material you are not authorized to disclose in queries or tool inputs.

4. Rights in documentation and examples

Rights in documentation, code examples, trademarks, and other materials belong to the Company or their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer those rights or grant an SDK license. Applicable material licenses and existing agreements govern use, copying, and distribution. Obtain the rights holder’s permission where separately required.

5. Search results and AI responses

We work to maintain the quality and currency of documentation search. Indexing delays, similar API names, or version differences may produce incomplete results or results that do not match your environment. Explanations or code generated by connected AI clients may differ from the source documentation. Verify source documents, product versions, and behavior in your development environment before applying results. The service does not guarantee that particular code will work or be suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Privacy and third-party clients

The Privacy Policy describes personal information processing by the service. ChatGPT, Codex, and other MCP clients are subject to their providers’ separate terms and privacy policies. These terms do not replace those third-party terms.

7. Changes, interruptions, and access restrictions

We may change the service’s features or scope or temporarily interrupt it for maintenance, security, documentation updates, or operational needs. We may restrict access as necessary to address violations of these terms or threats to service stability. Where practicable, we will announce material changes or planned interruptions on the service website in advance. Urgent security measures or other circumstances may require notice afterward.

8. Liability, updates, and contact

The parties’ responsibilities are governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or user rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. When these terms change, we will announce the changes and their effective date on this page or the service website, and give advance notice of changes that materially affect users.
